At Valcire, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.

Returns

Most products may be returned within 90 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
  • Not fall under any non-returnable category listed below.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • The return resulted from our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Digital products, software, or downloadable content.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final-sale products.
  • Perishable goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

When applicable, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund and cover any return shipping costs.
